Installation & Safety Notes

  • Ensure battery pack is rated for 48 V nominal and can safely deliver 60 A+ without excessive voltage drop.
  • Match the motor to the controller (3-phase BLDC type recommended). Ensure phase + hall sensors (if applicable) are wired correctly.
  • Provide adequate cooling and ventilation: though the controller is designed for real-world loads, good airflow extends life and reliability.
