4. Orders & Cancellations

At xrobo, many of our products are made-to-order or customized with care. As part of our policy:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, as the item is specially crafted for you.

5. Delivery

Our standard delivery timeline is 15–30 days, depending on the outfit ordered.

For urgent delivery requests, please contact us directly at (+91) 82001 97672. Delays may occur in the following cases:

Payment not received in full.

Incomplete or inaccurate address details.

Incomplete measurements or required information.

Lack of timely response from the customer.

We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by external courier partners.

6. Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Timelines:

Domestic orders (India): 30 days

International orders: 40 days

Shipping Charges:

Within India: Free

International: Additional charges based on weight, size, and destination. Charges will be shared upon request.

For international alterations or exchanges, return shipping must be covered by the customer.

7. Sizing

The fit of garments may vary depending on the cut, style, and fabric. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order. Custom sizing is available on request.

8. Colors

We strive to accurately display product colors. However, due to differences in screen resolution and lighting, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what appears online. We do not accept returns based on color variation.

9. Delivery Policies

xrobo uses third-party logistics services for all deliveries.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, part of the COD fee is absorbed by xrobo. The remaining amount will be added to your order total during checkout.
