Key Features
- Designed for 24 V nominal DC systems, specifically matched to 350 W BLDC hub motors or mid-drives. OEM spec shows current-limit around 17 A for 350 W at 24 V.
- Supports brushless motor (BLDC) commutation with hall-sensor/3-phase motor compatibility (typical OEM driver uses hall sensors in many builds).
- Smooth throttle control: works with 0-5 V analog/PWM throttle input for ease of integration. OEM spec mentions 0.1–5 V / PWM control mode.
- Safety protections included: Over-current, over-voltage, locked-rotor protection..
- Ideal for commuter e-bikes, retrofit kits, campus/shared mobility bikes, light cargo use.
Salient Features
- Best in class product — Tested on various platforms under real world conditions with reliable results
- Integration-Friendly — With standard throttle control, protection & sensor compatibility, installation into 24 V e-bike frames or conversion kits is straightforward.
- Performance for Everyday Use — The 17 A current limit gives a comfortable performance margin on 350 W motor systems under Indian conditions (inclines, frequent stop-start).
- Cost-Effective — By leveraging proven OEM technology and controlling supply via Xrobo, you get high value for budget e-mobility builds.
- Brand-Backed Support — Through Xrobo’s ecosystem (motors, batteries, drive systems), you get easier sourcing, spares, installation help and compatibility assurance.
Ideal Use-Cases
- Converting a traditional pedal bicycle into a 24 V e-bike with a 350 W BLDC hub motor.
- Building a small campus mobility fleet or shared e-bike service using standard 24-V power systems.
- Retrofitting light cargo trikes or last-mile delivery e-bikes where 24 V/350 W is an optimal size.
- Small-batch e-bike manufacturers looking for a reliable 24V controller baseline before scale-up.
Installation & Safety Notes
- Ensure your battery pack is rated for ~24 V nominal and able to supply the required current (17 A or more) with minimal voltage drop.
- Pair with a 24 V compatible BLDC hub motor (approx 350 W rating) and match hall sensors/phase wiring if required (many controllers support both).
- Use appropriate wiring gauge for motor and battery connections to minimise voltage drop, heat and losses.
- Provide ventilation/heat-sink if the controller is mounted in enclosed space—some OEM boards suggest heat-sink when loads exceed ~60W.
- Connect throttle (0–5V or PWM), brake cut-off if available, and check wiring diagram for correct sensor order (some BLDC motors require adjusting hall sequence).
- Do not exceed the specified voltage/current rating. Operating outside spec may void warranty or damage components.
The product has a warranty for 1 Months against manufacturing defects only.
However if the product is not used appropriately and is subject to tampering, accident, water damage, fire damage, chemical application & wires soldered or altered in any way the warranty will be void.None
